If you haven't seen the dead man's chest by now, I suggest you raid, pillage, plunder, and otherwise pilfer your weaselly black guts out to see it. Probably the most enjoyable movie you'll ever see this year, yes more than superman returns. Astig padin si Jack Sparrow, I mean CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow. Maangas padin from the moment he appears on the screen up to the very last bit of frame he's in. Saka astig ung crew ni Davey Jones, probably the closest we'll get to seeing a live action crew ni arlong sa one piece. DMC will leave you with in my opinion, the best cliffhanger ending ever, aaaaaarrrgghhhh I cannot wait for the next one. Which I heard will be titled POTC at world's end, and will add Yun-Fat Chow as a chinese pirate. Aaaahhh sana 2007 na. Heheh "oh bugger". |

Today was the first day of my new job! I finally got a 9-5 job, well actually 8:30 to 5:30 but you know what I mean. It's a very boring job but I'm working regular hours so ayus lng. Saka yun wala nako matype inaantok nako. See you next update. |

Wooahhhhggghahahgha...The rock ed gig rocked (pun intended). A lot of bands blew me away nameley salindiwa, agaw agimat, shiela and the insects, radioactive sago project and of course chicosci. But probably the band that I really really enjoyed was giniling festival. If you haven't heard of them then you're missing a LOT. If you get a chance to see them live then go, I promise you won't be dissapointed. Mapapatae kayo talga sa kakatawa. They started the set with "Tsong, boyfriend mo pokpok", (greatest song title ever? quite possibly) and followed with a love letter to angelina jolie and siling giniling. Too bad they didn't get to play pyscho sya which is probably my favorite. Pero ayos lng enjoy padin, naging instant fan nga yung tropa ko eh kahit puro rnb lng pinapakinggan nya. Ayus. I hope they release the album soon. |

Hey. First post. Saw superman returns yesterday and it was awesome! It was such a throwback to the richard donner movies which I loved as a kid. The use of the john williams score was genius, kudos to bryan singer for making a brilliant brilliant film.
I admit, I had doubts about brandon routh playing supes but the movie proved me wrong. Turns out he was perfect for the part, and he even sounded like christopher reeves. Still didn't like the costume though, the s shield should be bigger and they made the overall colors darker than it should be. And I've read critics say that kevin spacey was a little over the top, but I disagree. I thought he was a perfect lex luthor.
I suggest you go out and see it now. I wanted to see it at the imax theater but I'm broke so I settled for theater number 2 at everybody's favorite supermall, festival. Even though I enjoyed the movie there was this one guy that completely annoyed me throughout the film. I called him kamot guy. Kamot kse ng kamot, dko alam kung me allergy basta kamot lng ng kamot. Tapos buong katawan pa nya ung kinakamot nya. Mula ulo hanggang paa. And he was just one seat from me. I was so sure that he was there not to see the movie but for the sole purpose of annoying me. He was at that time my arch villain, my lex luthor. If I wasn't so engrossed watching the movie I would've dropkicked him out of the theater. But yeah, make sure you see it as soon as you can and don't let any lex luthors spoil it for you. |
